Ramona was so incredibly rude to her (my day-of coordinator) and my photographers. After WEEKS of trying to speak with management and countless scheduled calls they never showed for, we finally speak to the GM and feel like hes heard us and is willing to work with us. They felt very unwelcome as Ramona only cared about the second wedding coming later in the day (my wedding was an afternoon wedding).
